Criteria for Admission

The candidate selection process will include recommendations from principal’s teachers, essays, interviews, entrance exams, and an evaluation of academic performance to date.

• Academic Achievement: Candidate has academic potential demonstrated in their grades. We ask that applicants have no higher than aggregate 18 on the BECE results
• Leadership: Leadership comes in many forms. EXCEL seeks candidates that are leaders who are willing to cultivate their natural leadership potential.
• Excellence in Africa: Candidate is interested in the plights and progress of the content and how we as a community can explore, learn and make contributions towards change for the better.
